Job description / Role
I have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager in a Retail Multinational Company based in Jeddah, KSA.
Due to the Saudization I'm currently looking for a Saudi National Female who has minimum 5 years of experience in a retail multinational company managing different stores and teams in a multicultural dynamic environment.
Job Description:
* Responsible for sales operations
* Manage stores day to day operations
* Establish methods to motivate the team
* Plan accordingly to maintain financial flow
* Set target objectives
* Enhancing gross profit and margin by a categorical method based on brand
* Maximize store overall performance
* Monitor sales and KPIs
* Implement staff to provide excellent customer service
* Lead and manage stores based on policies of the company
* Supervise store managers and provide guidelines to achieve goals and targets
* Provide trainings for store employees in order to upgrade their qualifications
* Communicate effectively with the team and provide direct feedbacks
* Manage all retail operations such as audit performance, back of house organization and company policies
* Monitor inventory and stock, maintain and update inventory records, ensure all merchandising policies are maintained
* Possess efficient problem solving skills
* Maintain a perfect state of the stores (security, cleanliness)
* Implementing marketing ideas and action plans in order to appraise volume and profit
* Ensure key product launches are perfectly managed
* Successfully achieve SCP recruitment process
* Monitor client service
* Awareness of benchmark: Monitor local competitors and market trends
Requirements
Skills:
* Female Saudi National
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* At least 5 years of experience in retail sector as Area Manager
* Leadership skills
* Enthusiastic and energetic
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (empathy, good listener, relationship oriented)
* Organizational skills, ability to multitask
* Financial planning and analysis
* KPIs/Result oriented
* Advance level of MS office
