Employment: Full Time

An exciting opportunity is available for Area Sales (Regional Sales Engineer) based in ROWAD GEO - Dammam reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager.

The objectives of this role are to interest clients, contractors, purchasing agents and buyers in the services or products of Rowad and to address questions and concerns of all clients both existing and potential. However, this role holder will be responsible to demonstrate the company products and give advice to clients on the benefits of using Rowad products to reduce costs and increase revenue.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Seeking out new opportunities constantly with both stand-alone and chain accounts within specified regions.
• Meeting sales goals and objectives assigned by Sales Manager.
• Servicing established client accounts and establishing an extended client base.
• Preparing sales status reports that include activity, follow-up, closings, and adherence to targets.
• Handling customer clients as well as identifying and resolving their concerns.
• Communicating new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to proper company staff.
• Preparing schedules and action plans to identify particular targets and list the clients contact numbers and maintain client database.
• Presenting and selling company services and products to current and prospective clients.
• Following up on referrals and establish new leads resulting after field activity.
• Developing and maintaining the existing product knowledge and sales materials.
• Preparing priced proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
• Establishing and maintaining new and established client relationships.
• Coordinating shipping programs and managing delivery of company products and services in co-operation with Rowad Supply Chain department.
• Participating in marketing events like trade shows, seminars, and telemarketing events.
• Developing and implementing special sales activities in order to reduce stock.
• Coordinating with company staff to achieve the work required in closing up sales.
• Assisting in the execution of marketing plans of company as required.
• Preparation and presentation of Monthly Sales reports to Management.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Expert knowledge and good understanding of distribution, supply chain, manufacturing business issues.
• Proven success-presenting technology as business solution.
• Proven success selling in complicated sales surroundings with both technical and business buyers.
• Able to make effective presentations or demonstrations in time constrained situations.
• Able to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, and take immediate action to secure Sales.
• Effective verbal, written, presentation and communication skills. .
• Ability to speak, read & write Arabic & English fluently.
• Good team leading ability and managing additional technical resources for meeting the account needs.
• Working knowledge of International trade terms and conditions and Incoterms
