Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a creative marketing agency with offices in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This boutique agency provides a tailor-made approach to each client and produces effective and creative campaigns, owning the process from strategic planning phase through to production. Due to its growing client base, our client is looking to hire an Art Director to join their expanding team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
As Art Director you will report to the Creative Director and be responsible for the development and execution of creative concepts that leverage digital communications to drive business growth for your clients. You will manage a team of creatives as well as their accounts and projects, set art direction and tone of voice and oversee projects from the idea stage through to delivery - working within budget and scheduling requirements.
In addition, you will attend photo shoots and oversee artwork, layout design, photography, graphic design, animation, video and sound. You will present ideas to clients with an innate sense of great storytelling and will have the self-assurance to articulate and discuss your ideas with colleagues across the agency and help, direct and mentor designers to communicate your vision and provide, fresh, efficient cutting edge design solutions.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have 4-5 years of Art Direction experience working with leading clients. There is huge opportunity to grow in this role and our client is looking for candidates who have the right ambition to want to progress into a Creative Director role.
