Job description / Role
- Experience in evaluating asset criticality, performing Root Cause Analysis and Whole of Life Cycle Cost Analysis.
- Candidate shall have an experience in development of Maintenance Strategy, review maintenance WOs and assist in improving effective use of the maintenance record system.
- Candidate shall have an experience in preparation of Tender document, Bill of Quantity and review detailed design drawing.
- Experience in managing Asset Management activities related to asset life cycle stages.
- Experience in implementation of Strategic Asset Management Plan.
- Ability to perform data analytics of asset attributes, customer complaints, asset failures, corrective works and so on to identify asset investment needed to improve performance and achieve business KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Asset Management in managing utility asset portfolios.
- Candidate shall hold a degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
- Experience in development of Asset Management Plans which contains CAPEX and OPEX needs.
- In depth knowledge of ISO 55000 and experience in implementation of ISO 55000 requirements
- Experience in managing Asset Register for facilities and networks using software packages such as GIS, EAM, Maximo, etc.
- Experience developing and maintaining Risk Management reports.
