Asset Manager - Facilities Management - CMMS/Maximo

Job description / Role

Required to join a Facilities Management company working on large industrial hub in the Eastern Province of KSA. The Asset Manager will manage all aspects of Assets directly or by the management of service providers. The role covers all assets within this large industrial community. Duties include Meeting clients to assess asset status, needs etc, develop and maintain client portfolios, compile and present asset management reports

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria
A degree in a relevant subject or extensive industry experience. A proven track record of working in a Asset Management role on large scale facilities. CMMS / Maximo implementation. Excellent communication skills. Able to delegate and supervise.
