Asset Manager - Hospitality

Job description / Role

Successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of client's individual portfolio as well as improving the overall property management function within the business.

Client Details

Our client is a multinational real estate property management provider with an extensive client profile consisting of investors, tenants, developers and property owners.

Our client is looking to appoint an Asset Manager (Hospitality) to lead the property management capability of an existing asset portfolio for a number of key clients.

Description
* Developing a comprehensive leasing strategy for existing asset portfolio
* Responsible for tenant relationship management and collection of rental income
* Negotiate leases with major retail and commercial tenants
* Manage operations and P&L across existing asset portfolio
* Management of facilities department and approval of maintenance outlay
* Designing strategies for upcoming assets in order to derive returns to investors

Requirements

* Minimum bachelors degree from a reputable university
* Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Must possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills
* Must possess excellent organisation and time management skills
* Must possess sound IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
* Must possess very good written and verbal communication skills
* Must possess sound financial management skills
* Must be results orientated
* Must be able to "think outside the box" so that new opportunities can be exploited
* Must possess in depth knowledge of the commercial property market, its operators, demands and short, medium and long terms needs
