Job description / Role
In the absence of the Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing Services is responsible for the operation of a nursing unit, wing or entire health care facility, depending on the organizational structure. The responsibilities of an Assistant Director of Nursing Services vary according to organizational structure, size and ownership.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred; Master Degree in Nursing/Hospital Administration (desirable).
- Current registered nursing license from country of professional practice.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive clinical and administrative nursing experience (Essential).
- Female candidates only due to availability of work visa (Preferably from USA, UK or Canada)
