Job description / Role
• Preparation of the statutory reports of SAMA in collaboration with the Accounting Manager for the month, quarter and annual periods and submit them to the Finance Manager for review and approval before the regulatory deadline.
• Preparation of the XBRL financial reporting of Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on quarterly and annual basis and submit them to Finance Manager before the deadline for review and approval.
• Assists in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements based on IFRS and the presentations of results to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
• Work closely with external auditors in their quarterly reviews and year end audits and planning and assists them in fulfilling their requirements and queries.
• Supervise and maintain day to day activities of the finance department and manage the accounting team to ensure adherence to Company’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Requirements
• MBA and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Finance & Accounting specialty.
• Professional certifications is a plus (CMA/CPA/ACCA/CA)
• 7 - 10 years of professional experience related to his field.
• Fluent in Arabic & English (reading, writing, speaking, typing).
• Must be Saudi national
