Assistant Leasing Manager

Job description / Role

- Assist in managing the leasing process, including drafting and reviewing lease agreements.
- Coordinate property tours and communicate with prospective tenants.
- Maintain relationships with existing tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring lease compliance.
- Monitor and report on leasing activities and occupancy rates.

- Support marketing strategies to promote available properties and attract new tenants.
- Collaborate with property managers and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure timely renewal of leases and manage tenant documentation.
