Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a passionate and dedicated Manager - Entertainment Facilities Management to join our team for the Six Flags entertainment district. This role is vital in ensuring the operational excellence and maintenance of all entertainment facilities, ensuring they meet both safety standards and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of entertainment facilities, including rides, attractions, and shows.
- Implement and monitor maintenance schedules for all entertainment assets to ensure peak operational performance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and manage budgets related to facility operations and maintenance.
- Lead training efforts for staff on operational and safety procedures within the facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of all facilities to uphold quality and compliance standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of new entertainment attractions and facility enhancements.
- Respond to facility emergencies and operational issues swiftly to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on entertainment or hospitality sectors.
- Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and contractor oversight.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in the entertainment industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements effectively.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of rides and attractions maintenance practices is a plus.
