They will work closely with the F&B Manager to develop and implement food and beverage programs, manage staff, and ensure that the department meets all standards of quality and service.<br><br>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <br><br><br> - Assist the F&B Manager in developing and implementing food and beverage programs<br> - Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations<br> - Ensure that the food and beverage department meets all standards of quality and service<br> - Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and beverage supplies<br> - Prepare reports and financial statements for the F&B department<br> - Work with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation<br> - Other duties as assigned<br><br>
