Assistant Manager - IT

Join our dynamic manufacturing team in Jeddah as an Assistant Manager - IT, where you will play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation and managing IT operations to support business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing IT strategies aligned with manufacturing operations.
- Manage IT infrastructure maintenance, ensuring high system availability and security.
- Lead and mentor the IT support team to deliver excellent technical support and service.
- Oversee software and hardware procurement, installation, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions that optimize production processes.
- Develop and monitor IT policies, procedures, and best practices within the manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for technical support and contracts.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT management within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure relevant to manufacturing environments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Proficient in IT security practices and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
