Assistant Manager - SAP Finance

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a detail-oriented and finance-savvy professional to join our team as Assistant Manager - SAP Finance. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and optimization of our SAP Finance modules, ensuring they align with our financial strategies and enhance our operational efficiencies.

Your expertise will be integral in managing financial processes, reporting, and compliance using SAP systems, driving productivity, and fostering collaboration across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to support financial operations.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Conduct regular audits of SAP financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards using SAP tools that provide insights into key financial metrics.
• Provide training and support to team members on financial processes and SAP functionality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices within the SAP environment.
• Stay updated with SAP enhancements and financial regulations, ensuring continuous compliance and optimization of financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP Finance configuration.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI and CO modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance is a plus.
• SAP certification is advantageous.
