The project:
As part of an extensive masterplan, we are seeking to recruit personnel for the PMC team involved in a super building project in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Western Region. This is a unique opportunity that occurs once in a generation, allowing you to collaborate with some of the leading experts in engineering and construction.

- Supports planning functions on allocated project and contribute, as required.
- Assists in verification of projects to ensure alignment to define planning processes, as required.
- Contributes with project management function in the delivery of project, as required, ensuring they are delivered on time and profitably.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Assists with developing detailed plans taking full cognisance of project constraints.
- Interfaces with project team, contributes to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team and understand functional obligations under form of contract.
- Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress.
- Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Incorporates sustainable design and procurement process within integrated programmes.
- Challenges and ensures health and safety through programme integration.
- Assists, establishes and oversees project work plans and deadlines.
- Undertakes tasks required to fulfill the requirements of the project/assignment.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

- Relevant degree qualification.
- Professional membership or working towards demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
