Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager, to assist in the management of multiple projects while providing project management advice to retail clients. Based in Riyadh and reporting to the Director of Advocacy you will coordinate projects, schedules, track the progress of projects and report the results to the Project Lead.
Establish and build relationships with decision makers in the retail sectors. Develop concrete, detailed plans for each project, including the schedule, the budget, outlining the duties of each team member, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the project. Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans and present them to the Project Lead. Able to lead multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines; coordinating resource activities to ensure activities/timelines are maintained. Ensure adequate documentation is maintained and delivered to adhere to reporting deadlines. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients. Ensure projects are on track, communicate the obstacles if they are not, and focus all parties on successful completion.
Business graduate preferably from a Western University. Prior experience from a Retail, FMCG, or an Ecommerce background. Three to Five years Project Management experience. You must be dedicated, hardworking, technically minded with an excellent, customer facing presence, sharp critical thinking skills, and a passion for learning. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. Highly ambitious and personable with a team spirit. High attention to detail, the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively. Confident, outgoing and ambitious. Target driven. Highly organized. Good leadership skills. Flexible to travel if required. Proficient computer skills in programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
