Job description / Role

Assist the Talent & Culture Manager in the full operation of the department

Duties include but not limited to:

- Benefit administration and employee compensation
- Assist with recruitment and selection of colleagues
- Support with general requests and inquiries
- Process employee and government relations
- Implement general policies and procedures
- Organize special events and activities for colleagues
- Upkeep and maintenance of official and confidential records
- Assist with on boarding and off boarding processes
- Administer payroll and month closure procedures
- Analyze and interpret data to facilitate the workflow

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Relevant hotel experience
- Strong and complete knowledge of the labor law
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to use and interpret related computer management systems
- Strong presentation skills
