Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Business Development & Sales Growth:
- Identify and secure new commercial sales opportunities across hospitality, salons, beauty spaces, and luxury venues.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive Dyson's growth in key commercial sectors.
- Strengthen relationships with decision-makers to position Dyson's innovative solutions as the preferred choice.
- Key Account & Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with premium hospitality brands, beauty salon owners, and industry leaders.
- Conduct product presentations, business pitches, and negotiations to secure high-value contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and partnership agreements.
- Market Expansion & Brand Positioning:
- Represent Dyson's Luxury Tech division at industry events, trade shows, and B2B forums.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to optimize sales approaches.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring Dyson's premium positioning within hospitality and beauty sectors.
Based in Riyadh, the ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, key account management, and business development, with experience in the hospitality, beauty, and premium lifestyle industries. Reporting to the Director of Distribution, this role will be instrumental in establishing Dyson's products in high-end salons, hotels, restaurants, and government sectors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
What you'll need to succeed:
- Saudi national with 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development.
- Strong industry knowledge and existing networks within beauty, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Experience in working with hotels, salons, government projects, or premium commercial spaces is highly preferred.
