* Maximising on global presence and local expertise, you will connect with colleagues throughout the firm globally and work on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, venture capital and ECM.
* Work within a wide variety of sectors.
* Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements

Candidates who apply should meet all of the below criteria:

* Common law qualified lawyer
* Currently a Mid-Senior level Corporate Associate
* Ideally should already be based in Saudi Arabia and have experience looking after KSA corporate commercial matters
* Arabic language skills would be a value add, but not a prerequisite.
