Employment: Full Time

One of the investments company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking to hire an Associate Director of Investments to join their growing team. This role will be in charge with supervising the performance of activities of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managerial Roles

* Involve with the development of the function's objectives, goals, initiatives, plans, policies and procedures and supervises their execution.
* Develop, implement and maintain the Function's policies, processes and procedures
* Set employee objectives and KPI's in conjunction with employees, in line with the function's objectives and organization's overall corporate goals.
* Provide feedback, coaching and support to employees
* Coordinate and work closely with the Human Capital team to attract, develop, manage and retain staff

Functional Roles

* In charge with monitoring the regional and local market analysis for Sectors to identify the industry' by size, segment and/or brands.
* Review and support in the preparation of reports for any update related to market intelligence and the investment environment
* Support on recognizing key players in the industry and develop methods to attract industrial investments in their specific industrial sector.
* Conduct review, valuation and overall evaluation of new investment
* Monitor performing deal/planning activities
* Support the Director of the concerned Sector in advising potential partners to facilitate the establishment of deals.
* Measure and report on KPIs.
* Assists in the assessment of issues related to projects in order to mitigate risks and maximize the project financial returns.

Requirements

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Engineering and with MBA is highly preferred
* Professional Certification in Investments (e.g CFA)
* With 9 - 12 years of relevant investment experience preferably industrial in a top tier investment bank, principal investment platform, business development platform or consulting firm focused on due diligence, company formation or transaction advisory services
* Extensive expertise in deal formation and greenfield set-up and execution in industrial sectors (preferred)
