WSP are offering a unique opportunity to work on an iconic tourist attraction based in the Kingdom's first UNESCO World Heritage site in the historical city of Al Ula.

We seek a highly proficient Building Services leader and an ambassador to our business, based in KSA, who will be responsible for the management and administration of the contract including supervision, coordination, testing and commissioning of the works, with particular emphasis on meeting the contract requirements with respect to quality, time and budget.

A typical week would include:
* Providing strategic direction and technical support to both the design and supervision team
* Recognize the importance of coordination and bring together fresh ideas and foster continuous improvement
* Manage and plan engineering and BIM resource utilisation.
* Communicating project progress to the PMC and client.
* Site safety is of the utmost importance so reviewing the contractor's HSE plan to ensure that safety procedures are always followed.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Design and Construction related experience and utilize existing knowledge to get the best results for our clients on our projects.
* Have a track record of supervising and delivering world class, complex and challenging projects across a range of sectors.
* A BEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University
* Chartered Engineer with IET, CIBSE, IMechE or similar.
* 15-25 years of broad, international experience in multi-disciplinary projects.
* Experience of leading, motivating, and driving teams of engineers.
* Project management and project leadership skills.
