Position overview

AtkinsRu00e9alis is seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Associate Director - Cost Management to lead and manage pre-contract cost consultancy services across high-profile projects based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cost planning, procurement strategy, and tender documentation, and will play a pivotal role in client engagement, team leadership, and business development.
