Associate Director - Hospitality Soft Services

Job description / Role

We are currently seeking an Associate Director - Hospitality Soft Services for a Saudi-based Facilities Management service provider to Provide executive-level leadership over the full range of hospitality soft services including housekeeping,
concierge, porterage, and customer service across all company-managed properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement strategic roadmap for hospitality soft services across all business lines.
• Maintain overall responsibility for budget performance and service delivery standards.
• Ensure 100% compliance with contractual SLAs and quality standards across sites.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and client engagement sessions.
• Oversee vendor performance, tendering processes, and cost control initiatives.
• Support mobilization of new contracts or large-scale client transitions.
• Respond to client escalations immediately.
• Provide accurate and timely monthly reporting to senior leadership.
• Represent the organization at industry forums and partnership events.

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or Facilities Management.
Experience
• Minimum 10+ years in hospitality or soft services operations, including 5 years in senior leadership
•Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Hospitality Leadership Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
