Qiddiya Investment Company is on a mission to redefine entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for an exceptional Associate Director - Hospitality Strategy Support to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance our hospitality offerings, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and promoting an unforgettable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of asset positioning strategies and operator selection processes
• Manage the execution of feasibility studies, asset briefs and financial modeling for high-impact projects
• Support senior team members in strategic planning and stakeholder alignment
• Manage third party consultants as required
• Oversee execution of hospitality strategy across multiple assets
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to team development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in hospitality strategy, project management, or related roles with a proven track record of leadership
