Description

- Feasibilities and financial models review and risk highlighting
- Providing feasibility inputs to Development team from Asset Management perspective
- Review of 3rd party investment proposals
- Service charge modelling
- Support in the preparation/update of business plan, including coordinating and procuring all related information from the operating assets' team
- Adhoc financial analysis
