Job description / Role
As the Associate Director, you will provide strategic legal advice to the Development Project on all aspects of Real Estate Law.
Client Details
One of the leading Development Projects in Saudi Arabia.
Description
* Manage all corporate and commercial leasing, sales and deals agreements.
* Provide legal counsel to the CEO, the Board and internal stakeholders.
* Mitigate the Development Project's legal and reputational risks locally and globally.
* Ensure all internal processes and documents are in-line with international standards.
* Manage external stakeholders, like external counsel.
* Manage internal legal function and mentor the wider legal team.

Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in an in-house role or in private practice, with at least 4 years in real estate focused role.
* Common Law Qualified
* Currently working as a Legal Counsel at a property developer or a property management firm.
* Must have a background in real estate. Hospitality experience is a bonus.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
* Arabic Speaker will be a plus.
