Job description / Role

My client is a world-class independent property and construction consultancy with over 135 years’ experience. They have recently been awarded a contract on what will be one of the biggest construction projects globally in Saudi Arabia, NEOM. It is based in the Tabuk region which is North West of KSA. Neom is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of north western Saudi Arabia. It is planned to incorporate smart city technologies and also function as a tourist destination. The site is north of the Red Sea, east of Egypt across the Strait of Tiran, and south of Israel and Jordan.

Requirements

My client is looking for an experienced MRICS Associate Director whom ideally has worked in KSA previously. Strong project background in large scale building Projects and a minimum of 20 years post grad experience. BSc in Quantity Surveying. Package all inclusive (everything) up to SAR 50-60,000 subject to experience.
