Description

The Strategic Partnerships Associate Director will play a pivotal role in promoting adventure destinations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on marketing, branding, contract review, and overall strategy building. The role will be an individual contributor and report directly to the Director and will have the opportunity to contribute as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to promote adventure and activity destinations.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target markets.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define marketing and branding strategies that effectively position the destinations.
* Review and negotiate partnership contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant industry players.
* Leverage partnerships to expand distribution channels, increase brand visibility, and drive visitor engagement.
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote the destinations.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align activities and ensure a seamless guest experience across all touchpoints.
* Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in strategic partnerships, marketing, or business development, preferably in the events or hospitality industries.
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent negotiation and contract review abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* A deep understanding of marketing principles, branding strategies, and digital marketing channels.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Passion for adventure and activity destinations, with a genuine interest in promoting tourism experiences.
