Requirements

Requirements

Education/Licensure:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing in country of professional practice (Diploma from western countries otherwise Bachelor's Degree) (Essential).
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master's Degree in Nursing/ Hospital Administration or equivalent from an accredited university (Desirable).
- Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) in Nursing, Nursing/ Hospital Administration, or equivalent from accredited universities (Desirable)
- Current License as Registered Nurse (RN) from country of professional practice (Essential).

Professional Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in Clinical Nursing, four (4) years of which spent in Nursing Services Administration, at least the last two (2) years in Senior Nursing Management Position (Essential).
- Experience in applying, managing and monitoring nursing standards as per the accreditation applied by the Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) or equivalent international standard (Essential).
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience working as a Director of Nursing in a large hospital/ health care setting (300 beds) (Desirable).
