Your Role and Responsibilities

As Associate Partner, you accompany our customers with a lot of positive energy from strategic consideration to successful implementation. You will develop our consulting and service portfolio of tomorrow.

Your Tasks

- You are responsible for driving technology consulting business. You take active part in sales process, build trust-based relationship with our clients and convey IBM value to them.
- You are responsible for the disciplinary leadership and development of your employees
- In addition, you have the profit and loss responsibility for the projects you have acquired and implemented
- You lead project teams and are responsible for the high quality delivery in Time and on Budget
- You work with the IBM cloud experts to develop strategies for our clients in their transformation into the cloud
- You analyze the requirements with our customers and develop a common understanding of future business and IT processes
- You keep track of costs, operational stability and the integration of the developed solutions
- Agile work is natural for you

Requirements

Your Profile

- Completed degree in a business, natural science or technical degree program
- Professional experience: at least 10 years of experience in technology consulting (technology and / or cloud topics)
- 5 years experience in capturing and analyzing clients IT Landscape including definition of clients future cloud strategy
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management aspects such as Business Model of IT, Application & Technology Landscape and IT Operating Model
- Strong Architecture & Solutioning skills leveraging Cloud technologies including OpenStack, OpenShift, IBM Cloud or Amazon, Azure
- Broad understanding of Cloud providers, brokers, Integration technologies and approaches.
- Industry specific knowledge in order to quickly identify/suggest/leverage candidate areas for automation and generate value for IBM at client sigh
- 5 years experience in capturing and analyzing clients IT Landscape including definition of clients future cloud strategy
- Hands on experience in demonstrating thought leadership, sales leadership and delivery leadership in one or more cloud domains and Technologies
- Proven experience in creating offers
- Min. 5 years management experience in complex consulting projects
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Ability to translate visions into executable projects with clarity and purpose

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- 10 Years of Consulting experience
- Lead and delivered complex IT advisory projects.
