A well-known Investment Company in Riyadh Saudi, is looking for an Associate – Real Estate to join their Asset Management team. The successful candidate needs a minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in real estate, asset management.
Responsibilities:
• Pro-active role in structuring real estate fund products, negotiation of term sheets, production of PPMs, management of CMA application process
• Ensure that appropriate controls and strategies are in place for the advisory and real estate fund (asset management) operations, monitor and manage principal business risks
• Improve and manage key relationships at highest levels with clients, investors and other key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies
• Identify and source new clients, investors, partnerships and market opportunities in Saudi Arabia (and GCC, as the case may be)
• Drive the revenues, profitability and efficiency of company’s real estate department, including its advisory, real estate fund (asset management) and placement sub-segments
• Accountable for specific investment decisions for the company’s equity funds and DPM’s.
Requirements
• University graduate with a degree/diploma in Banking
• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in Investment or Asset Management
• Saudi Nationals
