Description

* Deal Origination & Evaluation: Source, identify, and evaluate potential investment opportunities across the MENA region, aligning with the firm's investment criteria.
* Financial Modelling & Valuation: Conduct comprehensive financial modelling, valuation analysis, and market research to support investment decisions.
* Due Diligence Expertise: Participate in due diligence processes, assessing risks and potential rewards of investment opportunities.
* Transaction Execution (Senior Associate): Proven ability to assist with deal execution activities, including transaction structuring, documentation review, and negotiation.
* Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Market Awareness: Stay abreast of current market trends and industry developments within the private equity landscape.
* Teamwork & Collaboration: A team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
