Associates – Real Estate (Asset Management)

Job description / Role

Seeking Associates – Real Estate - Asset Management for an Investment Bank in Riyadh, Saudi.

Role:

• Pro-active role in Structuring Real Estate Fund Products, Negotiation of Term Sheets, Production of PPMs, Management of CMA Application Process.
• Ensure that appropriate Controls and Strategies are in place for the Advisory and Real Estate Fund (Asset Management) Operations, and monitor and manage Principal Business Risks
• Develop and manage Key Relationships at highest levels with Clients, Investors and other Key Stakeholders, including Regulatory Bodies
• Identify and Source New Clients, Investors, Partnerships and Market Opportunities in Saudi Arabia (and GCC)
• Drive Revenues, Profitability and Efficiency of the Real Estate department, including its Advisory, and Real Estate Fund (i.e. Asset Management) and Placement Sub-Segments

Requirements

• Saudi nationals
• 3-5 yrs relevant Real Estate Investments experience, ideally REITs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject or MBA/CFA/CAIA
• Hands on individual who understands Projects - how to Structure and Manage; including Financial Analysis and Real Estate Modelling, Risk Assessments and conducting Presentations to Management etc.
• Strong Financial Analysis, Modeling, Valuations, and Due Diligence experience.
• Keen to be part of reputable Team and help grow the dept and AUM.
