Introduction

IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities

- Understand emerging and evolving end user use cases and requirements in digital Transformation and BPM, documenting those usage cases and business, technical and user requirements and designing a solutions architecture to meet those requirements.
- Play both a consultative role and development role to design and deliver proven quality solutions
- Support the Program Manager in determining the skill sets and level of effort required to design and develop Process automation applications to meet business requirements
- Select the appropriate analytical architecture to fulfill the program or project's analytical requirements

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic)
- Strong problem solving attitude and proactive behavior to growth
- Experience in Business Processes Analysis and Design - experience of designing and developing Business Process and Automation solution using IBM Products (BPM, ECM, ODM,and RPA).
- Hand-on experiences in UI and front end development
- More than 5 years working experience, at least 3 years in Business Processes development.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

- Saudi Nationality or Saudi Transferable residency holder.
- Based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
