Job description / Role
A leading food manufacturing company in the GCC is seeking a B2B specialist for the role of Business Development Manager.
Job Role:
• Explore, identify new channels, understand market needs and propose
• Create a business model to accommodate for channel requirements
• Achieve sales targets for each client with the help of marketing Team.
• Identify key customers from the stand point of strategic opportunities
• Implement approved customer management strategy in designated territory.
• identify growth opportunities for each category.
• Monitor product ordering processes
• Competitor analysis
• Attract, retain potential private label key customers.
Requirements
• BA university degree preferably in business.
• Minimum of 8 years working in FMCG industry with reputable companies, working on B2B and private labeling.
• Experience in Food Service channel in GCC market.
• Understanding of P& L management, control
• Experience in B2B and business management
• Fluency in English & Arabic required.
• Customer management experience
• Negotiation skills
