Job description / Role
The Back of House Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Head of Back of House in overseeing the operational aspects of the island. The Coordinator will help drive the delivery of supporting services, such as Facilities Management, Waste Management, Engineering Support, and Utilities.
Client Details
Our client is a globally reputed giga-project that is part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 scheme. They are seeking a back of house coordinator, who would manage provision of services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology, along with helping develop the maintenance plan and schedule (daily, weekly, and monthly activities) to ensure smooth operations
Description
* Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, electricity, heating, and cooling, are well-maintained
* Coordinate the transportation of waste to ensure that it takes place efficiently without contaminating the island ecosystem
* Monitor the quality and performance of waste services, including providing input on contract management of external providers
* Oversee the performance of equipment/assets on a day-to-day basis and must be available for immediate field trips in case of any fault recovery requirements
* Oversee the operations of electrical power distribution systems including generating stations, transmission stations and distribution networks. They may also plan and direct the distribution activities of a municipal electrical power establishment
* Oversee the operations of a sewage treatment plant, schedule and direct maintenance of plant equipment, and prepare reports on water quality

Requirements
* Dynamic leadership style, possess excellent communication and decision-making skills and strong organization skills
* Strong systems and reporting knowledge
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities and adapts quickly to changing requirements
* Bachelor's degrees in electrical, industrial, or mechanical engineering
* 5+ years of experience
