Job description / Role
Will be responsible for:
- Strategy Map and Scorecard developments with divisions
- Bench marking – GCC examples and case studies
- Research (Goals, Objectives and KPIs)
- Translating Balanced ScoreCard terminology from English to Arabic and making presentations on Power Point
- Facilitation of Balanced Score Card with various divisions
- Producing performance statistics, graphs and risk reports for Senior Management
- Brainstorming with the team regularly (must be a team player)
- Facilitate and assist with the implementation of the Balance Scorecard Framework within the company
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing Balanced Score card in a large organization
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Performance Management
- Fluency in Arabic a must (writing, speaking,reading)
- Good Translation skills from English to Arabic and vice versa
- Good Presentation skills
