A major global law firm with a truly collaborative approach. Whether it is a domestic bank in Australia, or an investment bank in Riyadh, the team will have exposure to all applicable transactions and matters
Description
* Service emerging jurisdictions to support the development of banking and finance products
* Advise on local legislative frameworks
* Work on a broad range of finance products
* Structure and review complex agreements and documentation

Requirements
Candidates who apply should meet all of the below criteria:
* 3-4 years PQE in a banking associate role in a law firm
* Fully bilingual in Arabic and English
* Can be based in Saudi Arabia or will be working remotely
