Banking & Finance Associate 1 – 3 PQE (Bilingual English & Arabic)

Charterhouse is working with a magic circle Law Firm who is looking to hire a Banking & Finance Associate with c.1 - 3 PQE to play a key role within its associate Law Firm office in Riyadh. The firm would be interested in a high quality bilingual English and Arabic Junior Lawyer that would be interested in working at a leading global Law Firm.

The role will involve working closely with the banking Partners in the firm’s associated Riyadh office as well as part of the wider Saudi Arabian, Middle East and international network. The firm has a leading reputation and stellar client-base, both in KSA, the Middle East and globally. The firm is looking for a Lawyer with experience working on banking and finance documentation e.g. loan agreements, security agreements etc. This is an excellent opportunity to join one the global elite Law Firms which is well established in the KSA market with clear long-term career developments prospects and the opportunity to work on high profile deals on offer for an ambitious individual.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a qualified Lawyer (KSA or other jurisdiction) with c.1 - 3 years + post qualification experience gained at a legal directories ranked Law Firm, with some good level of experience working on finance legal work. The work will involve acting for high profile clients, so demonstrable experience, combined with excellent academics. Arabic language skills are desirable to work within the KSA market. The firm is interested in a Lawyer already based in KSA or in the Middle East and looking to relocate.
