Job Title: Bid Director

Salary: SAR 65,000 – 75,000 per month (plus benefits)

With a strong pipeline of high-value tenders and a reputation for excellence, the company is expanding its strategic leadership team in Riyadh.

Role Overview:
As Bid Director, you will lead the end-to-end bid process for major construction projects, ensuring the submission of compelling, compliant, and commercially sound proposals. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders to secure high-profile contracts across sectors including infrastructure, commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle from prequalification through to final submission.
- Develop winning bid strategies aligned with client expectations and company capabilities.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including estimating, planning, design, and legal.
- Review and refine technical and commercial content to ensure clarity and competitiveness.
- Engage with clients, consultants, and JV partners to build strong relationships and gain insights.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform bid positioning.
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and internal governance protocols.
- Mentor and develop bid team members to enhance performance and capability.

- Proven experience in leading bids for Tier 1 civil construction contractors, ideally in the GCC.
- Strong understanding of large-scale civil construction projects and procurement processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach and commercial acumen.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Salary:
SAR 65,000 to 75,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
