Currie & Brown is currently looking for a bids administrator for our Riyadh office. The successful candidate will support the business globally in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes, capturing and sharing knowledge across the global business, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:
• Ensuring that documents and presentations produced in the Middle East are of the highest standard, in line with established brand guidelines and to strict timescales
• Working collaboratively with senior staff and colleagues to manage and deliver submissions in line with client specifications
• Taking responsibility for storing marketing material in line with existing guidance
• Contributing to the effective and continuing brand management across the group
• Appreciating the importance of legal and regulatory frameworks
• Ensuring the implementation of internal processes and procedures
• Creating high-quality capability statements, presentations, brochures and other marketing material in accordance with brand guidelines, and constantly seeking to improve our offering in these areas, being proactive in suggesting improvements to existing materials
• Uploading all marketing materials produced in the Middle East onto SharePoint
• Assisting with CV creation and capture
• Ensuring that letters, bids and presentations produced are accurate
• Assisting the managing director and country manager with diary management, travel arrangements and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Saudi national
• Excellent written English
• Excellent administrative and document management skills and attention to detail
• Advanced user of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Suite preferred
• Highly organised and deadline-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a sometimes high-pressure environment
• Flexible approach to workload and working hours
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise with colleagues at all levels within the company
