International Law Firm
Dubai UAE – 3-6PQE
A leading International law firm is hoping to bolster it’s Corporate & Aviation practise in the Riyadh by hiring a mid-level Aviation specialist associate.
The firm is widely regarded as one of the leading law firms in this sector and as a result is seeking individuals who:
• Fully Bilingual (Arabic & English)
• Have trained with a top international law firm
• Have excellent academics
• Have an aviation finance background and a keen interest in aviation but be capable of handling a variety of non-contentious aviation, marine and finance work. Expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating:
• facility agreements
• security documents
• finance leases
• operating leases
• sale and purchase agreements
• engine agreements
• operating, management and charter agreements
• maintenance agreements
Suitable aviation lawyers will ideally have some level of exposure to the Saudi region, at least, have a genuine reason to relocate the KSA.
This is a very niche role so unfortunately candidates without some Aviation focused background will not be considered for the position.
