Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a magic circle law firm who is looking to hire a bilingual Arabic and English speaking Corporate Lawyer with c. 1- 3 PQE to join its affiliate office in Riyadh. They are interested in an individual with a good technical background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, JVs and commercial work.
The firm has one of the largest and most established corporate practices in the region with a high profile and a stellar reputation for dealing with large-scale and complex corporate matters. The Riyadh office with the opening out and expansion of the KSA market is playing a lead role in relation to some of the most news worthy transactions in the region.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be an ambitious corporate Lawyer who would be interested in gaining experience at a legal directories rated law firm in corporate M and A work and is interested in working in Riyadh. The firm is interested in speaking to a fully bilingual Arabic & English lawyer, ideally with UK or US education or legal experience. Superb market leading remuneration on offer to attract a high calibre individual.
