Bilingual Customer Support Specialist-Arabic

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
• Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
• Accurately document and escalate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements/risk alerts (training provided).
• Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.

For Arabic/English Support:
• 1+ year of online customer support experience; proficiency in tools like Zendesk/LiveChat.
• Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
• Patient, resilient, and skilled in de-escalating high-tension situations.
• Native-level Arabic + English (B2+), proficient in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) for written communication.
• Understanding of Middle Eastern user needs; crypto or payment industry experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFTC basics).
• Personal cryptocurrency trading experience.
