BIM Coordinator

Job description / Role

We are partnered with an established consultancy with a strong portfolio of projects in Saudi Arabia. Due to current workload on projects over the next 3+ years, we are looking to recruit several positions for the team in Riyadh.

One of the pressing requirements is a BIM Coordinator who has been involved on large scale projects such as Hotels, High Rise, Residential Buildings, Resorts and Cultural.

The position will be based on an iconic project in Saudi which will be widely recognized once completed as it will form a major part of Vision 2030.

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Must be based and have worked in Saudi Arabia
- Must have experience on large scale projects
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Proficiency in clash detection and resolution techniques

Salary:
SAR 18,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
