BIM Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the BIM team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative design solutions for modular construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and revit/CAD users and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions for both MEP and interior fit out.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with production and assembly capabilities using DfMA principles.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular design reviews and quality control checks to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
• Ensure drawings are maintained and effectively managed through the document control team
• Report to the Senior Design Manager on a weekly basis

About the Company

Red Sea Global (RSG) has been incorporated as a closed joint stock company, wholly owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF).
