BIM Manager

Role:

We are currently looking for a BIM Manager who is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across projects to ensure accurate coordination, compliance with standards, and effective collaboration among all stakeholders. The role ensures BIM is used as a strategic tool to enhance design coordination, construction efficiency, and asset information delivery.


Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols
• Manage and coordinate BIM models across all disciplines (Arch, Structural, MEP)
• Lead clash detection, coordination reviews, and issue resolution
• Ensure BIM models comply with LOD requirements and project specifications
• Review and approve BIM submissions and deliverables
• Coordinate BIM activities with consultants, contractors, and project teams
• Chair and lead BIM coordination and progress meetings
• Support construction teams with 4D/5D BIM, sequencing, and visualization
• Ensure BIM models reflect site changes and as-built conditions
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as BIM 360 / ACC
• Conduct BIM quality audits and compliance checks
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
• Mentor and supervise BIM Coordinators and Modelers
• Ensure timely delivery of as-built models and digital handover information
• Monitor BIM progress and report issues to project management

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum 8–12 years of overall experience in construction or consultancy projects
• Minimum 3–5 years in a BIM leadership role (BIM Manager / Senior BIM Coordinator)
• Experience in residential, mixed-use, commercial, or residential projects
• Strong experience in construction supervision or PMC environments
• Proficiency in Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP)
• Hands-on experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / ACC
• Strong knowledge of clash detection and model coordination processes
• Understanding of 4D and 5D BIM applications
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and international BIM standards
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary BIM teams
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
