Job description / Role

BO BSS Team Leader - Saudi Nationals

- Design and evaluate quarterly PBC (Personal Business Commitment) with team members
- Attend Weekly OPS meeting
- Other ad-hoc meetings if needed
- Organize advanced product training
- BO daily, weekly, monthly report design and improvement
- Create and optimize the work flow
- Give technical support to BSS team
- Escalate the trouble ticket to CARE when BSS team cannot solve it, and supervise it until it solved
- Audit troubleshooting, analyze report and preventive guidance to avoid same problem happen again
- Make preventive maintenance plan and audit the result
- Data analysis, Network performance analysis and Network forecasting
- Audit BSS CR and arrange BSS team to supervise
- Arrange resource for CR ahead of time
- Audit data configuration plan from engineering/RNO team and ensure BSS team data configuration quality
- Organize BSS team to attend, cooperate and follow up BSS integration, acceptance with project department
- Arrange BSS team to do BSS equipment acceptance and ensure the quality
- Audit hardware and software version update and upgrade the plan
- Arrange BSS team to supervise the result of update and upgrade, and ensure the achievement of the rollback
- Draw contingency plan for holiday and grand event

Requirements

BO BSS Team Leader - Saudi Nationals

Experience

- Well versed with 2G/3G circuit switching network architecture & protocols
- Vendor experience of minimum 5 years in fault management, performance & capacity monitoring, and configuration management.
- Experience in Huawei circuit switching equipment is a must + NSN Experience will be a plus point
- Experience in system upgrades, expansions and health checks of the network
- Familiar with O&M and technical support work flow

Education

- Minimum Bachelors or Masters (plus point) in telecommunication/Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent

Other Requirements

- Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and customer requests
- 24x7 availability to support after office hours, and be able to relocate with in the country
- Ability to travel without advance notice throughout the area of Managed Services
- Excellent written and spoken English.
