BO IPBB Engineer

Job description / Role

• Proactive maintenance
• To restore and recover the service based on SLA (Temporary and permanent solution)
• Implement disaster recovery plan
• Escalating to CS and R&D and providing the required information
• Second line support to field maintenance team
• Output technical trouble shooting cases
• Routine preventative maintenance and analysis on all network elements
• CR implementation supervision
• Release and data management (such as back up)
• IPBB and IP related dimension and planning
• Implementation for expansion , Rehoming and integration
• End to end optimization (planning and implementation)
• Reporting: regarding KPI weekly and monthly. Make reports regarding to Faults and handed on time

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IP network
• Experience in Huawei or Cisco IP equipment’s is a must
• Having Huawei or Cisco certification minimum CCNA level or equivalent
• Communication skills at CxO level
• Customer Expectation Management
• Performance and Capacity monitoring
• Communication with customers
• Providing training plan for FLM and FO
• Familiar with fault management
• Performance & capacity monitoring
• Configuration management
