Job description / Role
• Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all IPT NEs and associated elements
• Take the leadership for all IP and transmission team and handle the daily operation as well as planned expansion and network optimization.
• Leading all IP and Transmission planning verify the validity and quality of each plan and make sure to provide them in the requested deadline to earn customer satisfaction
• Manage and monitor all planned activity like integration, rehoming/ reparenting , etc
• Being interface with customer, maintain the communication and following their requirement to lead customer satisfaction
• Manage to improve competence level of each engineer inside the team
• Monitor all of the IP and transmission activities closely and do the periodic audit
• Make action plan based on customer request and daily network requirement and distribute the tasks to entire team based on the ability and verify the result
• Manage to resolve the problems within SLA based on the contract between XXXI and OEM vendors
• Monitor KPI closely and doing gap analysis and planning to improve them
• Leading hardware and software expansion/faults for the existing operational network
• Managing the escalation to third Line and communicate with them when necessary
Requirements
• Well versed with 2G/3G circuit switching network architecture & protocols
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fault management, performance & capacity monitoring, and configuration management
• Experience in Huawei IP equipments or Cisco is a must
• In depth knowledge of IPT
• Experience in manage service and operation leading/management
• Having IP or Tx planning skills
• Experience in MS management/leadership
• Familiar with O&M and technical support work flow
• Huawei/Cisco master/professional degree (CCNP/CCIE) or equivalents
