Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Perform Second line of management level support for all VAS NEs and their association
• Take the leadership for all VAS team and handle the daily operation as well as planned expansion and network optimization
• Resolve the problems within SLA base on the contract between XXXI and OEM vendors
• Leading & Managing all VAS planning. Verify the validity and quality of each plan and make sure to provide them within the requested deadline to earn customer satisfactions
• Provide the plan for required hardware and software expansion to customer and get the approvals if needed
• Provide the plan for faults on VAS products in the existing operational network
• Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line when MSD cannot solve it, and monitor it until it's solved
• To be involved in planned activities, like the Migration products, Adding any new VAS service integration
• An interface with the customer, maintain the communication and following their requirements to lead customer satisfaction
• Manage to improve competency level of each engineer inside the team
• Monitor all of the VAS activities closely and do the periodic audit
• Making action plan of each VAS product based on customer request and daily network changes and update the relative Product's BO, or if needed get support from 3rd line support or the Product line.
• To monitor the products Clear Codes & Alarms daily and perform activity to minimize the occurrence
• Daily health check performance and analysis, report immediately in case of any faults
• Performance Report Administration

Requirements

• Performance management, stats collection from NETACT / M2000 is must requirement processes
• In depth knowledge on Linux, DB
• Experience in manage service and operation leading/management
• Customer Expectation Management
• Vendor Management
• Configuration Management and implementation of the plan provided by planning
• Trouble ticket management, Prioritization, Fault diagnosis, Remote fault resolution, Management and control.
• Service KPI Knowledge
• Well versed with 2G/3G circuit switching network architecture & protocols
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical level of 2G/3G VAS applications
• Experience in manage service and operation leading/management
• Minimum of 6 months fault management, performance & capacity monitoring, and configuration management
• Experience in VAS products is a must
• Experience in system upgrades, expansions & health checks of the network
• Familiar with O&M and technical support work flow
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
